Fie ca este pompa submersibila, pompa centrifuga,
pompa de ape murdare, etc, pompa de apa este folosita la
transportul apei din puturi, lacuri, fantani cu scopul alimentarii
consumatorului. Din punct de vedere constructiv, pompa, este alcatuita din partea hidraulica (unitatea de pompare) si motorul iar aceasta trebuie conectata la o
sursa de energie (curent) pentru a functiona.
Pentru cazurile cand singura sursa de alimentare(curent) disponibila este un generator pe combustibil trebuie tinut cont ca pompa este un consumator activ, ceea ce inseamna ca la pornire va consuma de trei ori puterea ei poate putin si mai mult . In aceste conditii generatorul de curent trebuie sa aibe o putere de cel putin 3 ori mai mare decat puterea motorului pompei .Pompa va consuma de 3 ori putea ei timp de o secunda la pornire.
De exemplu daca aveti un generator de 3 KW si vreti sa alimentati o pompa de apa :
Motorul pompei nu trebuie sa fie mai mare de 0.75 KW ptr ca la pornire cu cu calcul simpu 0,75 kw x 3(la pornire) = 2,25 KW ce este ok . Daca pompa ar avea un motor de 1,1KW cu un calcul simpu la pornire 1,1 kw x 3 = 3,3 KW iar sigurantele generatorului vor sari si pompa nu va porni .
Exemple alternative la generatorul de curent sunt :
-pompele solare alimentate la panouri solare
- motopompele cu motor cu combustie interna daca adancimea de aspiratie nu depaseste mai mult de 7 metri

Doar o intrebare si nu un comentariu. Fix cu o astfel de problema ma confrunt si eu. Am o pompa submersibila de 1,1 kw care scoate apa de la 17 m adancime si trebuie sa o impinga la 250 m distanta. Generatorul este de 2,3 kw si nu rezista decat cateva minute sau chiar ore, in schimb dupa 10 ore pur si simplu s-a dezmembrat. La fel am patit si cu un generator de 2,8 kw. Din pacate nu am stiut acest lucru la cumpararea generatorului. Intrebarea mea este de ce totusi porneste pompa, chiar o si duce o ora poate si mai mult dupa care se opreste. Nu ati spus ca doar la pornire este nevoie de mai multa putere?
