În alegerea corectă a polietilenei pentru pompa submersibilă trebuie sa ținem cont de 2 paranetri
1 - Debitul pompei
În funcție de debitul pompei se va alege diametrul polietilenei .
Noi recomandăm:
debit de la 1mc/h - 3 mc/h - 25mm diametrul polietilenei
debit de la 4 mc/h - 7 mc/h - 32mm diametrul polietilenei
debit de la 8mc/h - 12 mc/h - 40mm diametrul polietilenei
debit de la 12mc/h -15 mc/h - 50mm diametrul polietilenei
debit de la 16mc/h - 25 mc/h - 63mm diametrul polietilenei
2- Presiunea pe care o face pompa
În funcție de presiunea pe care o face pompa se alege clasa de rezistență la presiune a tevi de polietilenă, adica PN(presiunea nominală la care poate rezista teava respectivă)
Noi recomandam :
dacă pompa face o presiune ,(H) între 1 - 9bari( 10m - 90mH ) - PN10
dacă pompa face o presiune ,(H) între 10-15bari(100m-150mH) - PN16
dacă pompa face o presiune ,(H) între 16-19bari(160m-190mH) - PN20
dacă pompa face o presiune ,(H) între 19-24bari(190m-240mH) - PN25
Să dăm și un exemplu dacă avem o pompa submersibila cu un debit de 6mc/h si o înaltime de refulare H 90m(9bari presiune) - alegem polietilena de 32mm PN10.
În cazul în care clasa de rezistență(PN) a polietilenei nu este aleasă corect este este posibil ca ea sa se spargă din cauza presiunii mai mari a pompei decat rezistența țevi , sau dacă are diametrul prea mic atunci pompa submersibilă nu va poate asigura debitul maxim pe care ea poate să îl ofere .

Dacă stutul de refulare al pompei este de ..1tol,pentru teava 25, se poate trece prin reducție la teava de 32, ca asa este restul instalației ,pe teava de 32. Multumesc
Teave de PEHD vine la colac; cand o bagi in put mufata la pompa are tendinta sa se curbeze (adica nu sta dreapta ca un furtun) si impinge pompa in peretele putului, adica pune ceva tensiune pe imbinarea tevii cu pompa - e asta o problema reala? pana acum eu am pus pompa submersibila cu furtun, tocmai din teama asta.
am luat o pumpa sumersibila Zenit 4STM 808 75 l/minut H 180 m putere 2 kw pot folosi tub de polietilena de 2,5 ?
